This Excel document might be useful to APs or project managers who are responsible for managing and actioning positive lab results for legionella or pseudomonas water samples.
The spreadsheet also offer the ability to manage point dates of replacement for point of use filters that are fitted to outlets that have tested positive.
Notes can be added to individual cells to inform anyone reading it as to actions taken for each result.
If the file is uploaded to Microsoft Teams, it is possible to review changes made to the file over time and so the document can serve as a simple audit trail as to what actions were taken and when.
